How to use

Extend the monopod sections and lock them using the Quick Power Lock levers, ensuring each lever clamps firmly to the flat side of the D‑shaped tube to avoid rotation. Open the retractable feet for a stable base when needed or fold them in to carry the monopod compactly. Mount your camera on the supplied Manfrotto 500PLONG plate and secure it using the side lock system of the video head; adjust the head counterbalance for the camera weight and use the head’s pan and tilt controls together with the FLUIDTECH base to achieve smooth movements.

Recommendations

For best results, balance the camera on the MVMXPRO500 head before making fluid pans or tilts, verify all QPL levers are fully closed, and use the retractable feet when shooting from low angles or uneven surfaces to increase stability.
