How to use

Attach your camera to the 1/4" thread on the ball head or directly to the monopod depending on the configuration. Remove or leave the rubber foot in place when using the monopod as a photo support. Use the ball head to angle the camera for selfies or vlogging, and attach the pin-joint mount to secure an action camera in the preferred orientation. Extend the four-section legs to the required height and tighten sections to lock the position before shooting.

Recommendations
