How to use

Before application, clean both contact surfaces from old thermal material, dust and grease using an appropriate cleaner and lint-free cloth. Apply a small, even amount of the thermal paste guard to the centre of the chip or to the heatsink contact area, then mount the heatsink and secure it according to the device manufacturer’s instructions to spread the paste evenly. Avoid applying excessive amounts; a thin continuous layer that fills microscopic surface gaps is sufficient. Reapply when replacing or removing the heatsink.
