How to use

Clean the CPU and heatsink contact surfaces from old paste, dust and oils using isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Apply a small pea-sized amount of TG-7 thermal grease to the centre of the CPU or component surface, then mount the heatsink and allow the pressure to spread the compound into a thin, even layer. Use the supplied spreader if preferred to distribute the paste before assembly; avoid applying excessive amounts which can reduce thermal performance.

Recommendations

For best results, reseat and inspect the thermal interface when replacing coolers or during periodic maintenance. Store the tube in a cool, dry place and tightly close the cap after use to preserve consistency. Avoid contact with skin and follow standard ESD precautions when working inside a computer.
