Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Multibrackets M VESA Tablestand Turn is a table stand for TVs and monitors up to 42" with a maximum load of 30 kg and support for VESA patterns up to 400x400 mm. Its slim Scandinavian design in black is intended to match modern Slim LED and LCD screens while providing a stable base for living room or office setups. The stand includes an integrated swivel mechanism inside the tubular pillar that enables left/right screen rotation of up to 30°.

Advantages

The M VESA Tablestand Turn combines a compact, discreet Scandinavian aesthetic with a robust mounting solution that supports common VESA sizes from 100x100 to 400x400. It accepts screens up to 42" and 30 kg, offers a built-in left/right swivel of ±30° for improved viewing angles, and provides a stable table- or media-furniture-mounted option without the need to wall-mount the TV.

Key specifications

How to use

Place the stand on a stable table or media furniture and attach the TV to the VESA plate using the appropriate screws and spacers for your screen. Ensure the VESA pattern on the TV matches the stand (up to 400x400 mm) and that the TV weight does not exceed 30 kg. After securing the TV, adjust the screen by rotating it left or right up to 30° to achieve the desired viewing angle. Verify all mount fastenings are tightened and the base is stable before regular use.

Recommendations

Use appropriate screws and spacers for your TV model and check the weight and VESA compatibility before installation. Keep the stand on a sturdy, level surface and avoid placing heavy objects on top of the base. If unsure about mounting hardware, consult the TV manufacturer’s mounting specifications or a professional installer.
