How to use

Mount the PowerBeam on a suitable pole or tower using the provided mounting hardware and a single wrench for final tightening. Align the antenna toward the base station or target sector to optimize signal strength and beam alignment. Connect the integrated radio to PoE power and to your CPE or network switch following the manufacturer’s cabling and grounding guidelines. Use the airOS/airMAX software interface to configure frequency, channel width and network parameters for your deployment.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, verify clear line-of-sight to the remote site and minimize reflective obstructions. In high-wind locations, ensure clamps and pole mounts are secured to withstand gusts. Consider using the optional PBE-RAD-400 radome for additional protection against the elements.
