How to use

Attach an appropriate 125 mm abrasive disc to the sanding pad and connect a dust-extraction hose if available. Start the sander and allow it to reach operating speed before placing it on the workpiece. Move the tool with even, overlapping passes, applying light to moderate pressure; let the machine do the work. For best results on painted surfaces, begin with coarser grit and progress to finer grits. After use, disconnect power, clean the dust port and store the tool in a dry place.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and a dust mask when sanding. Select abrasive grit according to the material and desired finish: coarser grits for rapid material removal, finer grits for smooth finishing. Ensure secure fastening of workpieces and maintain the dust extraction system to prolong tool life.
