The Bosch GEX 125-1 is a corded random orbital sander with a 125 mm sanding pad, designed for small areas and spot repair work. How to use

Fit the appropriate 125 mm abrasive to the hook-and-loop sanding pad, select the recommended speed for the material using the speed preselection control, and switch the sander on. Move the tool with light, even pressure across the workpiece in overlapping passes to achieve a consistent finish. For lacquer removal or heavy material removal, begin with coarser grit and progress to finer grits for final smoothing. Connect a compatible dust extraction accessory or the integrated dust box to minimise dust during operation.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment (safety glasses, dust mask and hearing protection) when sanding. Allow the motor to reach the selected speed before contacting the surface. Avoid excessive pressure to prevent uneven sanding and premature wear of abrasives. Clean or replace the Micro Filter regularly to maintain effective dust extraction.
