How to use

Mount the unit near the entrance of the meeting room at eye level and connect it to the local network following installation instructions. After connecting to the calendar service used by your organization, the display will show current and upcoming bookings automatically. Users can tap the screen to view details of a reservation, start a scheduled meeting, or end an ongoing meeting; some systems also allow manual status changes if a room is occupied unexpectedly. Administrators can manage settings remotely through the management interface to adapt display behavior to local policies.

Recommendations

Position the display where it is clearly visible from the corridor and at a comfortable reach for users. Ensure the device is connected to a stable network and integrated with the organization’s calendar system to maintain accurate, real-time scheduling data. For best results, set the display brightness and timeout to suit ambient lighting and check firmware updates periodically to keep calendar integrations and security up to date.
