How to use

Connect the Lavalier GO to a compatible 3.5 mm TRS microphone input or to the RØDE Wireless GO transmitter. Attach the microphone to clothing using the supplied mounting clip, positioning the capsule near the speaker’s mouth while avoiding direct contact with fabric. Fit the foam pop shield over the capsule to reduce plosives and wind noise. Route the cable through the clip’s integrated management to keep it secure during filming.

Recommendations

For best results, test levels before recording and place the microphone 15–20 cm from the mouth when feasible. Use the pop shield outdoors or in windy conditions, and choose the white or black model to better match the subject’s clothing for discreet placement.
