How to use
Install the work plate and resin tank, fill with a compatible resin, and power the unit. Use the One-Click Self-Check to run automatic diagnostics and automatic leveling before starting a job. Prepare models in compatible slicing software (such as Chitubox), transfer files via USB or WiFi, then start printing. Monitor prints remotely using the AI camera and resume after power interruptions with the Power-Loss Resume function. Follow standard resin handling procedures and cure printed parts as recommended by the resin manufacturer.
Recommendations
Use resins compatible with the Mars 5 Ultra (standard, waterproof, ABS-like and plant-based types listed as compatible). Replace the FEP film when the self-check or visible wear indicates replacement. Keep the workspace ventilated, wear protective gloves and mask included with the printer, and allow prints to post-cure fully. For reliable long-term operation, avoid sustained chamber temperatures above 80°C and ensure adequate cooling.
