How to use

Push the ES D-Plug male component into the corresponding female G1/4" thread until both O-rings are fully recessed into the female part to ensure correct sealing and stability. If additional reach is required, pull the connector apart to extend it by up to 15 mm, then insert and seat again. For removal, pull the connector straight out to avoid twisting hoses or misaligning the mating threads.

Recommendations

Always verify that both O-rings on the male component are fully seated inside the female connector to maintain pressure tightness. Inspect O-rings for wear or damage when performing maintenance and replace with the supplied spare O-rings as needed. Do not exceed the tested pressure of 1.5 bar for reliable operation.
