The EK Water Blocks 3831109839133 radiator is a compact, high-performance liquid-cooling radiator constructed from brass, copper and stainless steel with a white semi-matte finish on the side plates and black-coated fins. With external dimensions of approximately 130 mm × 165 mm × 44 mm (width × depth × thickness), this EK-Quantum P Series Surface radiator is engineered for efficient heat dissipation while maintaining low flow restriction and quiet operation across a wide fan speed range. The design includes a total of five G1/4" threaded ports (four on the body and one on the end tank) for flexible loop routing and convenient draining or air bleeding.

Advantages

The radiator uses sixteen 2 mm copper tubes and high-grade non-louvered copper fins at 18 FPI to balance thermal transfer and airflow resistance, enabling good cooling even at low fan speeds. The extruded aluminum end caps and stamped side plates produce a rigid structure that resists deformation during installation and handling. Multiport flexibility, low internal flow restriction, and compatibility with standard 120 mm fans (25 mm thickness) allow this radiator to be integrated into a broad range of custom liquid-cooling loops without imposing excessive load on typical pumps.

Suitable for

  • Custom PC liquid-cooling loops where a compact, high-efficiency radiator is required
  • Small form-factor builds and cases that support thicker 44 mm radiators
  • Multi-radiator configurations driven by a single pump (D5 or DDC) thanks to low flow restriction
  • Builders seeking easy loop draining and air bleeding via an extra G1/4" port

Key specifications

  • Materials: brass internals, copper tubes and fins, stainless-steel side plates, extruded aluminum end caps
  • Dimensions (approx.): 130 mm × 165 mm × 44 mm (W × D × H)
  • Tube count and size: sixteen copper tubes, 2 mm width
  • Fin density: 18 fins per inch (FPI), non-louvered copper fins with black thermal coating
  • Ports: five G1/4" threaded ports (four on the body, one on the end tank) for inlet/outlet and draining/air-bleeding
  • Fan compatibility: compatible with standard 120 mm fans, 25 mm thickness (screws supplied are for 120 mm, M4 Philips round-head)
  • Finish: semi-matte white coated side plates and black-coated fins

How to use

Mount the radiator in a location inside your case that supports a 44 mm thickness radiator and 120 mm fan placement. Use the supplied M4 screws to fasten 120 mm fans in push or pull configuration; for increased cooling performance a push/pull setup can be applied. Configure the G1/4" ports with appropriate fittings and tubing for your loop routing, reserving the dedicated end-tank port for draining and air bleeding during fill and maintenance. Ensure fittings are torqued correctly and check for leaks during an initial leak test before powering other system components.

Recommendations

For optimal balance of noise and cooling, operate the radiator with low to moderate fan speeds when possible due to its 18 FPI fin density. Use EK-Quantum or similar sealed-edge framed fans for best mounting stability and airflow. When planning multiple radiators in a loop, consider pump capability (D5 or DDC recommended) and position the dedicated bleed port to simplify future maintenance.
