How to use

Install drives into the six available bays, power on the TS-632X and complete initial setup through the NAS management interface. Connect the NAS to your LAN using the built-in 2.5GbE/10GbE ports or add a PCIe expansion card to increase network capacity. Configure shared folders and user privileges, enable snapshot schedules and set up backup jobs to centralize data protection. For containerized workloads, install Container Station from the App Center and deploy Docker images as needed. Use the One Touch Copy button to quickly back up or restore data from USB devices.

Recommendations

For optimal performance in multi-user environments, enable SMB Multichannel or configure port trunking to aggregate same-speed network ports. Consider expanding memory to 8–16 GB if you run multiple containers or heavy applications, and install a PCIe network card when connecting many 10GbE clients.
