We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

How to use

Install hard drives or SSDs into the four bays, connect the TS-432X to your network using the integrated 2.5GbE or 10GbE ports, and power the device on. Configure storage pools, users and shared folders via the QTS/QuTS operating system. For higher network throughput, enable SMB Multichannel or configure port trunking and, if needed, add a PCIe expansion card to provide additional 2.5/5/10GbE ports or M.2 SSD slots. Use the USB 3.2 Gen1 ports and One Touch Copy for quick external backups. Install QNAP apps such as Backup Station, Snapshot Manager, Container Station and Surveillance Station from the App Center to extend functionality.

Recommendations

For faster performance with heavy workloads or larger user groups, expand memory up to 16 GB and consider adding a PCIe 10GbE or multi-gig adapter. Implement regular snapshot schedules and enable DA Drive Analyzer to monitor drive health and plan replacements to reduce downtime.
