How to use

Ensure the M.2 SSD surface is clean and free of dust or oils before application. Peel off the protective film from the adhesive backing, align the heatsink over the SSD controller area or the hottest region of the module, and press firmly to secure. Allow a short settling time for the adhesive to bond before reinstalling the drive into the system. For removal, gently peel the heatsink off and clean adhesive residue with isopropyl alcohol if necessary.

Recommendations

Apply the heatsink to the area of the M.2 module that typically runs hottest (controller or NAND region). Avoid covering mounting screws or connector contacts.
