The ROLINE Cat.6/Class E 19" patch panel provides 24 shielded (STP) RJ45 ports in a 19" metal housing and fulfils the Cat.6/Class E Permanent Link standard. It is intended for structured cabling systems and Gigabit Ethernet networks, offering a durable, professional black finish for rack-mounted installations.

How to use

Mount the patch panel in a standard 19" rack or cabinet. Terminate incoming shielded Cat.6 cables on the LSA-plus punch-down terminals following the EIA/TIA-568 wiring scheme printed on the panel. Secure the panel cover after wiring and connect patch cords from the front RJ45 ports to network devices. Ensure the cable shields are connected to the panel ground for proper shielding.

Recommendations

For a complete structured cabling installation use compatible ROLINE Cat.6 S/FTP cable (AWG23) and shielded Cat.6 wall jacks or patch cords. The product combination has been tested and certified by GHMT in a 100 m Channel to comply with Class E (certificate no. z2365b-10-E for flush mount / z2364b-10-E for surface mount).
