How to use

Preheat the pancake pan on the chosen hob at medium heat before adding batter to ensure even cooking. Use minimal oil or butter if desired; the Biostone® Pro non-stick surface facilitates flipping and release. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid damaging the coating. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Do not use abrasive pads or aggressive detergents.

Recommendations

To prolong non-stick performance and surface appearance, avoid metal utensils and high dry heat. Store the pan without stacking heavy cookware on top or use a protective layer between pans.
