How to use

Preheat the crepe pan evenly on an electric hob at medium heat. Lightly grease the surface if desired, pour a thin layer of batter and tilt the pan to spread it evenly. Cook until the edges set, then flip or fold the crepe as needed. After use, let the pan cool before washing; although dishwasher-safe, hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended to prolong the non-stick coating life.
