How to use

Fill the lower chamber with water up to the safety valve level, insert and fill the filter basket with finely ground coffee without tamping, then assemble the pot and place it on a low to medium heat source. When the coffee begins to emerge into the upper chamber, monitor the flow and remove the pot from the heat once the upper chamber is nearly full to avoid overheating. Allow the Moka pot to cool briefly, open the hinged lid to serve, and pour directly into cups.

Recommendations

Use finely ground coffee intended for stovetop Moka pots for best extraction. Clean the Moka pot after each use by rinsing with warm water and avoiding abrasive detergents; do not place in a dishwasher. For longevity, dry all components thoroughly after washing and avoid using on induction cooktops.
