The Noctua NF-A14x25r G2 PWM is a 140 mm round-frame cooling fan engineered for efficient and quiet operation in PC cases, heatsinks and radiators. Made with Sterrox® LCP and featuring an ultra-tight 0.7 mm tip clearance, a Progressive-Bend impeller with winglets, Flow Acceleration Channels and a Centrifugal Turbulator hub, it delivers improved performance against back pressure while maintaining low noise levels. The PWM model supports automatic speed control and includes a Low-Noise Adaptor to limit top speed from 1500 to 1250 RPM.

How to use

Install the fan using standard 140 mm mounting holes or compatible adapters. Connect the 4-pin PWM cable to a motherboard or fan controller to allow automatic speed regulation based on temperature, or use manual controllers as needed. For push/pull configurations on heatsinks or radiators, use the recommended Sx2-PP mounting set to secure a second fan. If lower maximum noise is required, attach the supplied Low-Noise Adaptor to cap the top speed at 1250 RPM.

Recommendations

Use PWM control to benefit from the wide speed range (300–1500 RPM) and enable semi-passive setups where the fan can stop at 0% PWM for silent idle operation when system temperatures allow.
