The Noctua NF-A12x25 LS-PWM is a premium 120mm computer fan designed for quiet, efficient cooling in cases, heatsinks and watercooling radiators. It operates between 450 and 1200 RPM, provides up to 55.7 m³/h airflow and features a self-stabilising oil-pressure (SSO2) bearing, Sterrox® liquid-crystal polymer impeller and a metal-reinforced motor hub for improved durability and precision. The LS-PWM low-speed PWM variant is suited for semi-passive systems and ultra-low-noise setups, and the fan includes a silicone gasket for radiator mounting and anti-vibration pads for reduced transmission of vibrations.

How to use

Install the fan using the standard screw mounting or the included anti-vibration pads, aligning the airflow direction as required for case ventilation, heatsink or radiator placement. For radiator installations, use the supplied silicone gasket to improve sealing and reduce air loss. Connect the 4-pin PWM cable to a compatible motherboard or fan controller to enable automatic speed regulation and the stop-at-0% function for semi-passive operation. If mounting to a 140 mm frame, use the optional NA-FMA1 adaptor.

Recommendations

For lowest noise in idle or light-load scenarios, enable PWM control and use the Low-Noise Adaptor; for radiator or heatsink applications that demand higher static pressure, maintain proper tip clearance and use the silicone gasket to reduce air leakage and vibration transmission.
