How to use

Install the IXT-705AT on a DIN rail or mount it to a wall in a suitable enclosure. Insert a compatible SFP+ transceiver into the SFP+ slot and connect the fiber cable to the remote fiber link. Connect the copper-side device to the RJ45 port using an appropriate Ethernet cable (Cat6a/Cat7 recommended for 10GBASE-T). Provide power via the DC power inputs (use redundant power sources if required) and verify status LEDs for link, power and alarms. Configure connected network equipment as needed; the media converter operates at wire speed and does not require additional configuration.
