Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Experience immersive gaming with the MPG 272URX QD-OLED gaming monitor featuring a 3840x2160 (UHD) QD‑OLED panel, a 240Hz refresh rate and a rapid 0.03ms (GtG) response time. The monitor supports VESA ClearMR 13000 and DisplayHDR True Black 400 standards for vivid contrast and reduced motion blur. OLED Care 2.0 technology helps prevent burn‑in while multiple high‑bandwidth interfaces provide broad compatibility with modern systems.

Advantages

The MPG 272URX QD‑OLED delivers ultra‑high definition clarity and accurate colour reproduction thanks to its QD‑OLED panel. High refresh rate and extremely low response time minimise motion blur and ghosting in fast‑paced games. HDMI 2.1 ports (48 Gbps) and DisplayPort 2.1a (80 Gbps) offer support for 4K at 120Hz, VRR and ALLM, ensuring compatibility with current consoles and high‑end PCs. OLED Care 2.0 reduces the risk of permanent image retention.

Key specifications

  • Panel: QD‑OLED
  • Resolution: 3840 × 2160 (UHD)
  • Refresh rate: 240 Hz
  • Response time: 0.03 ms (GtG)
  • VESA certifications: ClearMR 13000, DisplayHDR True Black 400
  • HDR: DisplayHDR True Black 400
  • Burn‑in protection: OLED Care 2.0
  • HDMI: HDMI 2.1, 48 Gbps, 4K@120Hz support
  • DisplayPort: DisplayPort 2.1a, 80 Gbps

How to use

Connect the monitor to your PC or console using an HDMI 2.1 cable for 4K@120Hz console output or a DisplayPort 2.1a cable for maximum bandwidth and PC use. Configure display settings in your system to enable the desired refresh rate and VRR/ALLM features. Use included on‑screen display controls to adjust brightness, contrast, HDR mode and colour settings. Enable OLED Care 2.0 features in the monitor menu to reduce the risk of image retention during prolonged static content display.

Recommendations

For best results, use high‑quality certified HDMI 2.1 or DisplayPort 2.1a cables, keep firmware updated, and avoid long periods of static images to prolong panel life.
