Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Samsung G55C 27" Quad HD LED monitor delivers a 2560 x 1440 resolution on a 16:9 curved VA panel with LED backlighting. The display offers wide 178° viewing angles and a typical brightness of 300 cd/m². The monitor comes in black, supports VESA mounting and provides standard connectivity including one HDMI and one DisplayPort, plus a headphone output.

Advantages

This monitor combines Quad HD resolution with a curved VA panel to provide high contrast (typical 2500:1) and deep blacks suitable for detailed work and multimedia. A 165 Hz maximum refresh rate reduces motion blur for smoother image transitions. The 27" screen size and 16:9 aspect ratio make it suitable for both productivity tasks and entertainment, while VESA compatibility allows flexible mounting options.

Suitable for

  • Office productivity and multitasking
  • Photo and video viewing where high contrast is important
  • Casual and competitive gaming benefiting from up to 165 Hz refresh rate
  • Home entertainment and streaming

How to use

Position the monitor on a stable desk or attach it to a VESA-compatible mount. Connect your source device via HDMI or DisplayPort and plug in headphones to the audio output if needed. Use the monitor on-screen display (OSD) menu to adjust brightness, contrast, refresh rate, and color settings to match your preferences and the content you view. For best image quality, set your graphics output to 2560 × 1440 resolution and select the highest supported refresh rate in your system settings.

Recommendations

For comfortable long-term use, set brightness to a level appropriate for your ambient lighting, enable any available flicker-free and blue light reduction modes, and take regular breaks to reduce eye strain. When gaming, use DisplayPort for stable high-refresh-rate output and ensure your GPU supports the selected resolution and refresh rate.
