Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Lenovo Legion Pro 27UD-10 26.5" 4K Ultra HD QD-OLED is a 26.5-inch monitor that combines 4K (3840 x 2160) resolution with QD-OLED panel technology. It delivers a high native contrast ratio and fast 0.03 ms response time, supports a 16:9 aspect ratio and wide 178° viewing angles, and includes a built-in USB hub and VESA mounting for flexible setup.

Advantages

QD-OLED technology and a 4K Ultra HD pixel count provide deep contrast and accurate colors while maintaining high detail. The extremely low response time (0.03 ms) and support for up to 240 Hz refresh rate ensure smooth motion rendering for fast-paced content. Connectivity options include HDMI, DisplayPort and USB, and the monitor’s flat 26.5" screen and VESA compatibility simplify installation.

Suitable for

  • Gaming with fast action and competitive play
  • Photo and video editing that require high contrast and color fidelity
  • Multimedia consumption and general productivity

Key specifications

  • Display diagonal: 26.5" (67.3 cm)
  • Resolution: 3840 x 2160 (4K Ultra HD), 16:9

How to use

Place the monitor on a stable surface or attach it to a VESA-compatible arm or stand. Connect a video source via HDMI or DisplayPort and plug in USB devices to the built-in hub as needed. Use the monitor on-screen menu to adjust brightness, color settings, refresh rate and input selection. For optimal performance in gaming, enable the highest supported refresh rate in your graphics settings and enable adaptive sync (AMD FreeSync) if available on your GPU.

Recommendations

For accurate color work, allow the display to warm up for about 30 minutes, work in a controlled ambient light environment, and select color profiles or calibrate the monitor with a hardware calibrator when precise color reproduction is required.
