How to use

Fill the lower chamber with water up to the safety valve, place ground coffee in the filter basket without pressing it down, then assemble the pot and tighten securely. Place the moka pot on a suitable hob set to medium heat and wait until the coffee rises into the upper chamber. Remove from heat once brewing stops and serve after a short rest to allow grounds to settle.

Recommendations

Use medium-fine ground coffee and avoid overfilling the filter to ensure proper pressure and extraction. Clean the moka pot by hand with warm water and avoid abrasive cleaners to preserve the polished stainless-steel finish. Check the safety valve periodically and replace any worn gaskets to maintain safe operation.
