Moka pot Bialetti 0005349 Black Blue Stainless steel Aluminium

The Bialetti 0005349 Black Blue Moka pot is a stovetop coffee maker that uses pressure from boiling water to extract a rich, full-bodied coffee. Constructed from aluminium with a black and blue finish and stainless-steel accents, this Moka pot delivers traditional Italian-style coffee quickly and with minimal effort. Its compact design and classic Bialetti silhouette make it suitable for home kitchens and small gatherings.

Advantages

The aluminium body provides fast heat transfer for efficient brewing while remaining lightweight and easy to handle. The two-tone black and blue finish adds a contemporary look that resists everyday wear. The Moka pot design produces concentrated, espresso-like coffee without the need for an electric machine, and the simple removable parts make cleaning and maintenance straightforward.

Suitable for

• Preparing espresso-style coffee on gas, electric, or ceramic stovetops
• Home use for individuals or small households
• Travel or vacation stays where compact coffee equipment is preferred
• Serving concentrated coffee for milk-based drinks like caffè latte or cappuccino

Key specifications

• Material: aluminium body with stainless-steel components
• Finish: black and blue exterior coating
• Brewing method: stovetop Moka pot using steam pressure
• Capacity: suitable for multiple small cups of concentrated coffee (size depends on model)
• Compatibility: designed for use on gas, electric and ceramic cooktops (not induction unless specified)

How to use

Fill the lower chamber with water up to the safety valve level, insert the filter funnel and fill it with medium-fine ground coffee without tamping. Screw the top and bottom parts together securely, place the pot on a preheated stovetop over medium heat and wait until coffee flows into the upper chamber. Remove the pot from heat once the extraction slows and allow a short resting time before serving. Disassemble when cooled for rinsing and drying.

Recommendations

Use freshly ground coffee for best flavor and avoid overfilling the coffee basket. Clean the Moka pot by rinsing with warm water only; avoid detergents that can affect taste. To preserve the finish, dry thoroughly after washing and avoid abrasive cleaners.
