Coffee maker BIALETTI Dama Pure Ice 3TZ 0002273 – stovetop moka pot, 3-cup capacity

BIALETTI Dama Pure Ice 3TZ is a stovetop moka pot designed to prepare espresso-style coffee on gas or electric hobs. The compact three-cup capacity allows brewing concentrated, full-bodied coffee by forcing boiling water through ground coffee under pressure. Its metal construction ensures quick heat transfer and durability suitable for daily home use, small households or short trips where a traditional stovetop brew is preferred.

Advantages

The moka pot produces a rich, intense coffee concentrate with a simple mechanical operation that does not require electricity beyond the hob. Its compact size and three-cup capacity make it space-efficient and economical for small servings. The metal body offers good thermal conduction for even extraction and rapid heating, while the design is straightforward to disassemble for routine cleaning.

Suitable for

• Brewing espresso-style coffee on gas or electric hobs
• Home use in small households or apartments
• Preparing 2–3 small cups for personal or shared consumption
• Travel and camping where a simple stovetop brewer is practical

Key specifications

• Type: stovetop moka pot
• Capacity: 3 cups (small/espresso-size servings)
• Material: metal construction for heat conduction
• Compatibility: suitable for gas and electric hobs
• Operation: pressure extraction using boiling water

How to use

Fill the lower chamber with water up to the safety valve level, insert the funnel-shaped filter and add finely ground coffee without tamping. Screw the top and bottom parts together firmly, place the moka pot on a preheated hob over low to medium heat, and wait until the coffee rises into the upper chamber. Remove from heat as soon as the flow reduces to avoid overheating and bitterness; pour and serve immediately after cooling slightly.

Recommendations

Use a medium-fine grind designed for moka or espresso-style brewing, keep heat moderate to ensure balanced extraction, and clean the unit regularly by rinsing with warm water and avoiding detergents that can alter coffee taste. Inspect the safety valve periodically and replace gaskets if worn to maintain safe operation.
