Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The DELL Precision 7680 16" mobile workstation is designed for professional workloads that require stable performance and reliable hardware. It features a 16-inch Full HD+ display with 1920 x 1200 resolution, an Intel Core i7-13850HX processor, 32 GB of DDR5 memory and a 1 TB solid-state drive. The system runs Windows 11 Pro and includes an NVIDIA RTX 2000 Ada discrete graphics card, providing a balanced platform for CAD, 3D modelling, video editing and other content-creation tasks.

Advantages

This workstation combines a high-performance Intel Core i7 CPU with DDR5 memory to support demanding multitasking and compute-heavy applications. The 1 TB SSD delivers fast boot and application load times while offering ample local storage for project files. The NVIDIA RTX 2000 Ada graphics provides hardware-accelerated rendering and viewport responsiveness for creative and engineering software. With a 16" 1920 x 1200 display and a robust chassis, the device offers a work-oriented balance between screen area and portability.

Suitable for

  • CAD and engineering applications
  • 3D modelling and rendering
  • Video editing and post-production
  • Software development and data analysis
  • On-site professional work and mobile office setups

Key specifications

  • Display: 16" diagonal, 1920 x 1200 (Full HD+)
  • Processor: Intel Core i7-13850HX
  • Memory: 32 GB DDR5-SDRAM
  • Storage: 1 TB SSD (solid-state drive)
  • Graphics: NVIDIA RTX 2000 Ada discrete GPU
  • Operating system: Windows 11 Pro
  • Weight: approximately 2.6 kg
  • Colour: Grey

How to use

Power on the workstation and complete the initial Windows 11 Pro setup following on-screen instructions. Install required professional applications (CAD, 3D, video editing or development tools) and ensure drivers for the NVIDIA GPU and chipset are updated from official sources. Use the operating system power profiles and graphics control panel to balance performance and battery life depending on whether you are connected to AC power or working on battery.

Recommendations

For optimal performance in professional applications, keep the system firmware and GPU drivers up to date, use active cooling during sustained heavy loads, and store large project files on the internal 1 TB SSD or on external high-speed storage. When transporting the workstation, use a padded laptop bag to protect the 16" display and chassis.
