How to use

Install the switch on DIN-rail or in a suitable industrial cabinet and connect power within the DC 9–48 V input range. Terminate copper devices to the RJ-45 ports and insert appropriate SFP/SFP+ transceivers into the 10G slots according to required link distance and speed. Use the USB Type-C console, Telnet/SSH, or the web-based GUI for initial configuration. Configure VLANs, link aggregation, QoS and ACLs as required for your network design, and enable redundancy protocols (ERPS/MSTP) and security features (802.1X, DHCP Snooping, IP Source Guard) for operational resilience.

Recommendations

Place the IGS-4215-8T4X in locations protected from direct water ingress and ensure proper grounding.
