We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.

The LevelOne NVR-0508 NVR enables live view, recording and playback for up to 8 IP network cameras at the same time, featuring up to 8-megapixel resolution and H.265/H.264+/H.264/MPEG4 video compression. Mobile device operations are also supported (iOS/Android), with remote viewing via the LevelOne NVR app.

The NVR also features built-in HDMI, VGA and USB ports for peripheral devices such as a monitor, mouse or keyboard, allowing users to operate directly from the NVR without the cost of adding a PC to the deployment. 2 HDD bays complete the package, with a disk capacity of up to 6TB making the LevelOne NVR-0508 a powerful, smart and cost-effective solution for managing your security network.

An integrated 8-port 802.3at PoE switch enables the NVR to run both power and data on the one cable to power up connected PoE cameras.

Central Management System (CMS) software is included for free, with no license fees. The CMS is capable of managing up to 256 NVRs, making it suitable for large scale surveillance applications.
