Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The ASUS ROG Flow Z13 GZ302EA-RU126W is a 13.4" 2-in-1 gaming laptop with a 2.5K touchscreen designed for high-performance gaming and creative work in a compact convertible chassis. Equipped with the Ryzen AI MAX+ 395 processor, 64GB of RAM and a 1TB solid-state drive, the device combines responsive multitasking, fast storage access and advanced AI-enhanced processing in a portable format. Windows 11 Home provides a modern interface and broad software compatibility for games, productivity apps and creative tools.

Advantages

The combination of the Ryzen AI MAX+ 395 CPU and 64GB of memory delivers sustained performance for demanding applications, while the 1TB SSD ensures quick boot times and fast file transfers. The 13.4" 2.5K touchscreen offers sharp visuals and touch interaction for both gaming and productivity. As a 2-in-1 convertible, the unit provides flexible usage modes — laptop, tablet and tent — to suit different tasks and environments. Integrated connectivity and Windows 11 Home support modern peripherals and software ecosystems.

Suitable for

  • High-end gaming and esports titles at portable settings
  • Content creation: photo editing, video trimming and rendering
  • 3D modelling and AI-assisted workloads
  • Multitasking with many browser tabs, virtual machines or productivity suites
  • On-the-go productivity and presentation tasks in tablet mode

Key specifications

  • Display: 13.4-inch 2.5K touchscreen
  • Processor: Ryzen AI MAX+ 395
  • Memory: 64GB RAM
  • Storage: 1TB solid-state drive (SSD)
  • Operating system: Windows 11 Home
  • Form factor: 2-in-1 convertible laptop with touchscreen

How to use

Use the device as a conventional laptop for typing and gaming on a desk, or switch to tablet mode for drawing, annotating and touch-centric tasks. Launch resource-heavy applications and games knowing the processor and abundant RAM will manage multitasking; save large projects and media on the internal 1TB SSD for quick access. Keep the system updated through Windows Update and the manufacturer's drivers to maintain performance and compatibility with peripherals and software.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use high-performance power profiles when gaming or rendering, and ensure adequate ventilation to avoid thermal throttling. Regularly back up important data from the internal SSD and use updated graphics and system drivers. When using tablet mode for extended periods, enable battery-saving settings if portability is a priority.
