Stamp Brother PR1850E6P — self-inking business stamp, imprint 18 x 50 mm, blue

Brother PR1850E6P is a self-inking business stamp with an 18 x 50 mm imprint area and blue ink, designed for frequent office use. The built-in ink pad automatically re-inks the rubber die between impressions, so the stamp produces consistent, legible marks for addresses, company details, approvals, dates or short messages. The compact rectangular format fits typical document margins and is suitable for desktop use in administrative, accounting and reception workflows.

Advantages

The self-inking mechanism reduces the need for separate ink application and keeps impressions uniform across multiple uses. The 18 x 50 mm imprint area provides enough space for a line of text combined with a logo or small symbol, while the blue ink offers clear contrast on standard paper. Its robust housing is made for daily use and helps maintain alignment and clean edges for each impression.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This stamp is intended for paper-based applications and may not perform optimally on very glossy or coated surfaces where ink adhesion is reduced. For designs requiring very large logos or long multi-line text beyond the 18 x 50 mm imprint area, a larger stamp model would be more appropriate.

Key specifications

How to use

Position the stamp over the desired area on the document, press the housing evenly until the mechanism completes a full cycle and lifts. The built-in ink pad automatically re-inks the die between impressions; for the best results, apply steady pressure and keep the stamp perpendicular to the paper. If impressions start to fade, replace or refill the ink pad following the manufacturer's instructions for the specific model.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

For consistent results, store the stamp horizontally in a dry environment and test impressions on spare paper before stamping final documents. Replace or refill the ink pad when impressions become faint to maintain clear, professional-looking marks.
