How to use

Install the media converter near the copper Ethernet device and connect the RJ-45 port to the switch, router or network interface using standard Ethernet cable. Terminate and connect the single-mode fiber cable to the SC connector and to the remote fiber device or patch panel. Power the unit using the supplied power adapter and verify link/activity LEDs to confirm the fiber and copper link are active. For rack installations, mount the converter in an appropriate 19" chassis designed for media converters if required.
