How to use

Power off and unplug the PC, open the case, and insert the adapter into an available PCI slot. Secure the card and close the case. Connect an Ethernet cable (Cat.5e or higher) to the RJ45 port and to your network switch or router. Power on the PC and install the required drivers for your operating system if they are not installed automatically. After driver installation, configure network settings in the operating system as needed.

Recommendations

Use quality Cat.5e or Cat.6 cabling for reliable gigabit performance and keep cable runs within 100 metres. Ensure you install drivers matching your Windows or macOS version and place the card in a properly ventilated desktop to avoid thermal issues.
