Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

Immersive interaction and elegant design - Discover the ProLite T2254MSC-B2AG, a vibrant 21.5" Full HD touchscreen monitor designed for exceptional interactive experiences. Featuring intuitive 10-point touch technology (Optical Bonded PCAP), which ensures smooth and precise touch response and low light reflection. In addition, the display is protected from moisture and potential condensation development. With built-in MPP2.0 support (Microsoft Pen Protocol), a stylus with tilt and pressure sensitivity can be used, providing a natural, precise and intuitive writing or drawing experience, just like a pen on paper. The vibrant colors of the IPS panel will captivate users with precise and natural interaction from any angle. Its sleek and stylish design, edge-to-edge glass and anti-glare surface offer durability and ease of cleaning, perfect for busy commercial environments, hospitality spaces, healthcare facilities and public areas. With adjustable ergonomics, neat cable management, built-in audio and seamless connectivity (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB 3.2 hub), it is an ideal choice for POS, self-service solutions and interactive signage.

Comfortable and versatile use

The dual-hinge stand allows smooth screen adjustment for comfortable, versatile use - with built-in cable management to keep your workspace neat.

Built-in MPP2.0 stylus support - like a pen on paper

Thanks to the integrated MPP 2.0 support, you can enjoy a smooth, pen-on-paper experience: tilt and pressure sensitivity allow you to write, draw and annotate with precision and ease, perfect for natural and intuitive use.

Vivid colors and wide viewing angles

Ensure perfect visibility from any position - The IPS panel delivers vivid, consistent colors and wide viewing angles, ideal for dynamic retail environments and busy commercial spaces.

Responsive interaction and good protection

Featuring intuitive PCAP touch technology with InCell PCAP, the screen offers smooth and responsive interaction with reduced glare, while remaining protected from moisture and condensation. Perfect for high-use environments.

Deep contrast and less reflections

Enjoy crystal-clear visuals with deep contrast and less glare - the optical bonded touch panel ensures sharp, easy-to-read content, even under bright retail lighting.

Always clear, always clean

The scratch-resistant, anti-fingerprint coating keeps the screen looking clear and professional even in busy retail settings, reducing visible smudges and protecting the surface from daily wear - your content always shines and the display stays easy to clean.

How to use

Place the monitor on a stable surface or mount it using the VESA pattern. Connect video via HDMI or DisplayPort and plug the USB cable to enable the touch interface and USB hub. If using a compatible active stylus, enable MPP 2.0 functionality — the pen will provide tilt and pressure-sensitive input for drawing or handwriting. Adjust tilt and height as needed for comfortable use and connect audio devices or use the built-in speakers.

Recommendations

For reliable touch performance, keep the anti-glare glass clean using a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild screen cleaner. Avoid abrasive materials or excessive moisture near connector ports. Use the monitor in well-ventilated indoor environments typical for retail, healthcare or hospitality settings.
