Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.
Know our brand? Leave an honest review, send us a screenshot, and pick a free gift — shipped free of charge within 1–2 business days.

The ProLite TW3226AS-B3P is a 31.5" touchscreen LED panel running Android 14, designed for continuous use in meeting rooms, information points, hospitality areas and other high-traffic environments. The Full HD 1920 x 1080 VA panel delivers up to 500 cd/m² brightness and 8 ms response time, while 10-point PCAP touch ensures precise multi-touch interaction. The device supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) and Wi‑Fi, includes built-in speakers and a quad microphone array, and can be managed with iiSignage² CMS for centralized content control.

Advantages

The TW3226AS-B3P combines an all-in-one Android 14 platform with PoE support to reduce cabling and simplify installation. Its 10-point PCAP touchscreen provides smooth, accurate touch input for collaborative applications. The screen’s Full HD resolution and 500 cd/m² brightness ensure clear visuals in indoor environments, and integrated audio and microphone hardware enable on-device interaction without extra peripherals. VESA mounting and 24/7 design make it suitable for fixed installations.

Suitable for

  • Meeting and conference rooms
  • Interactive information kiosks and wayfinding
  • Retail and hospitality customer engagement
  • Digital signage and scheduled content playback

Key specifications

  • Display diagonal: 31.5" (80 cm)
  • Resolution: 1920 x 1080 (Full HD)
  • Panel type: VA, LED backlight
  • Brightness: 500 cd/m²
  • Touch: 10-point PCAP, 8 ms response
  • Operating system: Android 14
  • Connectivity: Ethernet (PoE), Wi‑Fi
  • Built-in audio: speakers and quad microphone array
  • Mounting: VESA compatible

How to use

Mount the panel using a compatible VESA bracket and connect network and power via a PoE-capable switch or injector for single-cable installation. Use the built-in Android environment to install and run apps directly on the device or connect to iiSignage² CMS to schedule and manage content remotely. Calibrate touch as needed through the on-screen settings and place the unit in landscape, portrait or face-up orientation depending on your installation.

Recommendations

For reliable 24/7 operation, install the panel in a well-ventilated location, use a PoE switch that meets the device power requirements, and keep firmware and installed apps updated. For interactive kiosks, secure the unit with appropriate mounting and consider a protective enclosure in public areas.

Connectivity

The RJ45 (LAN) connector supporting Power over Ethernet technology (POE) allows to provide both data connection and power by a single cable, which simplifies installation in areas where many cables would interfere with the environment.

Android OS

Thanks to Android OS, you can easily customize the display to your needs by installing applications directly to it.

iiSignage²

iiSignage² is our digital signage content management platform to easily show and control your content and to manage your displays in a secure way. The Content Management System (CMS) gives you total control of your messaging and advertising remotely and safely.
