Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

Providing excellent performance for graphics applications in CAD, and ideal for Universities, Corporate and Financial Markets. The ProLite XUB2495WSU-B7 features an IPS panel offering accurate and consistent colour reproduction with wide viewing angles. The 1920 x 1200 native screen resolution and a 150mm height-adjustable stand featuring pivot and swivel functions deliver great versatility and comfort of use.
IPS Technology

IPS Technology

IPS displays are best known for wide viewing angles and natural, highly accurate colours. They are especially suited for colour-critical applications.

HAS (150mm) + Pivot (rotation both sides)

With a height adjustable stand you will create an ergonomic work posture and position that meets all health and safety requirements. This will not only prevent any health issues but will also increase your productivity. The pivot function allows the screen to rotate from landscape to portrait orientation. This functionality can be useful if the application requires more height than width.

Blue light reducer

Blue light reducer

As we all know looking at a monitor screen for several hours per day, especially form a closer distance, causes eye fatigue. This effect is much stronger with computer screens than with TV equipment. One of the factors responsible for this phenomenon is the blue light emitted by the screen. Therefore reducing the amount of blue light ultimately allows our eyes to feel less tired while working long hours with a computer screen. We achieved it by adjusting the monitor's brightness and color temperature through a new feature called “Blue light reduction” easily accessible through the monitor’s OSD menu.

OverDrive ON / OFF

When very fast graphics are displayed your monitor can sometimes get blurry. Turning on the OverDrive feature will eliminate that.

Speakers and headphones

Speakers and headphones

Playing with friends? Use the integrated high-quality speakers. Don’t want to disturb anybody? Plug your headset into the headphone socket and turn the volume up.

How to use

Place the monitor on a stable desk surface or attach it to a compatible VESA arm or bracket. Connect video using a suitable cable from your computer to the monitor input; ensure the output resolution is set to 1920 x 1200 for native display quality. Use the built-in USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub to connect peripherals or to access additional USB ports. Adjust the height to align the top of the screen roughly at eye level and use on-screen menu controls to tune brightness, contrast and colour settings as required.

Recommendations

For consistent colour and optimal readability, allow the monitor to warm up for a short period after powering on and set operating system scaling and text size to match the 16:10 resolution. Position the monitor to avoid strong reflections on the screen, and consider lowering brightness in dim environments to reduce eye strain. Regularly update graphics drivers on your computer to ensure proper support for the display resolution and features.
