We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

Ensure perfect visibility from any position - The IPS panel delivers vivid, consistent colors and wide viewing angles, ideal for dynamic retail environments and busy commercial spaces.

Touch technology - Capacitive

This technology uses a sensor-grid of micro-fine wires integrated into the glass that covers the screen. Touch is detected because electrical characteristics of the sensor grid change when human finger is placed on the glass. Thanks to the glass overlay this technology is highly durable, and the touch function remains unaffected even if the glass is scratched. It offers perfect picture performance and will work with human finger (also latex gloved) and stylus-pen.

How to use

Connect the monitor to a computer or media source using HDMI, DVI or VGA depending on the output available on your device. Use the built-in USB hub to connect touch input and peripherals where required. Mount the display on a compatible VESA arm or wall bracket if a fixed installation is needed, or place it on a desk using the included stand. Calibrate touch settings and screen orientation in the host operating system to ensure accurate interaction. Adjust brightness and contrast through the on-screen menu to suit ambient lighting.
