We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

Menu buttons are located on the back of the screen which can be locked to prevent tampering, and includes a handy function to deactivate the touchscreen for cleaning. The ProLite T1521MSC-B2 is an incredibly powerful touch solution, perfect for instore retail purposes.

Touch technology - Capacitive

This technology uses a sensor-grid of micro-fine wires integrated into the glass that covers the screen. Touch is detected because electrical characteristics of the sensor grid change when human finger is placed on the glass. Thanks to the glass overlay this technology is highly durable, and the touch function remains unaffected even if the glass is scratched. It offers perfect picture performance and will work with human finger (also latex gloved) and stylus-pen.

Scratch resistance is a critical requirement for touch solutions deployed in commercial, educational, and industrial environments. A protective glass overlay covering the screen provides enhanced durability, ensuring reliable touch performance over time. The touch functionality remains fully operational and unaffected.

How to use

Place the monitor on a stable surface or attach it to a VESA-compliant mount. Connect video and power cables according to your system requirements and install any required drivers for touch functionality. Use the rear menu buttons to adjust image settings; lock them if needed to prevent unauthorized changes. To clean the screen, deactivate the touchscreen function using the dedicated control, then wipe the glass with a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, avoid sharp abrasive cleaners and excessive force on the glass surface. If used in public or high-traffic areas, enable the rear button lock and plan routine cleaning using approved materials to maintain touch accuracy and image quality.
