We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

iiSignage²

iiSignage² is our digital signage content management platform to easily show and control your content and to manage your displays in a secure way. The Content Management System (CMS) gives you total control of your messaging and advertising remotely and safely.

Signal FailOver

FailOver is a feature which automatically detects input sources. When there is no signal on the default input it will automatically switch to the next available input. FailOver allows customers to prioritize a number of inputs (incl. Browser, Media Player and Custom) and ensures your content is always actively displayed, assuring active content at all times.

Smart Display Module

A Smart Display Module (Small/Large) is a plug-in module which can easily be inserted into the most stylish and ultra-slim displays. This small sized module delivers great performance with minimum implementation and management. Available as optional.

Flexible Orientation

With the option to switch between landscape and portrait mode, these displays let you get creative with any space. Whether it’s messaging, ads, videos, or safety info, you can tailor your content to grab attention exactly how you want.

Speakers

The built-in speakers offer high-quality sound, ensuring crystal-clear audio during multimedia playback.

Cable Management

Cables can be neatly tied and routed with the special cable clips, so they cannot come loose or move around.

How to use

Mount the display in landscape or portrait using the VESA pattern suited to your installation. Connect to power and your network via Ethernet or install the removable Wi‑Fi module for wireless content delivery. Use the onboard Android 11 OS to install applications or manage content locally, or deploy iiSignage² for centralized remote content scheduling and control. Use the SDM slot to add an embedded PC when additional processing or security is required. Configure FailOver inputs to ensure continuous content playback from alternate sources.
