We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.

Additionally, if your monitor is connected to the Internet with a LAN cable, your notebook will automatically be connected to the network as well. Thanks to a DisplayPort output you can easily extend your desktop by creating a double-monitor set-up. The IPS panel assures rich and accurate colours with wide viewing angles. QHD resolution, high contrast and brightness values mean the monitor provides excellent performance for photographic and web design. The ergonomic stand offers a height adjustment of 150mm and with the tilt and swivel mechanisms you can easily turn the monitor into portrait mode for more comfort while working on large data sheets. USB-C Dock

The dock allows you to connect your laptop with a single cable to the monitor to both make sure it is charged and connected to a wired network and signal from the laptop is sent to the monitor. A second monitor can be connected to the DisplayPort (MST) output to create a multi-monitor set-up. With additional USB-ports, your mouse, keyboard or webcam can also be connected to the monitor. All thanks to a single cable connecting your laptop* to the USB C dock in the monitor. *Functions vary depending on your laptop USB-C support.

How to use

Place the monitor on a stable desk surface or install it on a compatible VESA arm or wall mount, then adjust the height for comfortable eye level. Connect video source(s) using the appropriate cable supported by your graphics output and the monitor inputs, and connect peripherals to the integrated USB hub. Use the on-screen display (OSD) menu to set brightness, contrast, colour presets and input selection. For best results, position lighting to avoid strong reflections on the matte screen and allow the panel to warm up for accurate colour rendering.

Recommendations

For consistent image quality, perform basic display calibration or select the factory colour preset that best matches your workflow. Use the height adjustment and VESA mounting options to achieve an ergonomic viewing position, and connect peripherals to the USB hub to reduce desk cable clutter.
