The ACT AC1225 USB-C screwless 2.5 inch SATA HDD/SSD enclosure provides a compact solution for storing and sharing videos, pictures and files. It accepts a single 2.5" SATA hard drive or SSD and uses a USB 3.2 Gen2 (10 Gbit/s) connection for high-speed data transfers. The enclosure is made of black plastic and includes both USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to USB-A cables.

How to use

Open the enclosure, align and connect the 2.5" SATA HDD or SSD to the internal SATA connector, then close the enclosure. Connect the enclosure to your computer using the supplied USB-C to USB-C or USB-C to USB-A cable. The host device provides power and establishes the data connection; no external power supply is required for typical 2.5" drives. If your computer lacks a USB 3.2 Gen2 port, you can still connect via USB 3.0 or 2.0 at reduced speeds.
