How to use

Use the Ballarini Alba frying pan on any compatible cooktop. Preheat the pan briefly on medium heat before adding food for best results. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to protect the nonstick coating. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing; it is dishwasher safe but hand washing with mild detergent preserves the coating longer.

Recommendations
