The EFB Elektronik PRO-4266GR.0D is a freestanding 19" rack frame (42U) designed for mounting network and server equipment. The frame is made of screwed steel sheet, delivered completely pre-assembled and designed for self-ventilation. Front and rear each have two galvanised 19" profiles (four in total) with step-less depth adjustment and reverse numbering of rack units. The cabinet is delivered without front and rear doors and without side panels to allow modular, individual configuration; doors can later be fitted with the hinge stop left or right. Roof and bottom each include four pre-punched openings (450 x 90 mm) for cable entry and for fan units, with rear-only cable entry on 600 mm width cabinets. All cabinet sections are internally earthed and a pre-assembled earthing bar is fitted at the rear centre of the cabinet.

How to use

Place the freestanding rack on a level surface and secure it according to site requirements. Install 19" equipment using the depth-adjustable galvanised profiles and appropriate mounting hardware (M6 screw set or baying set for side-by-side installation). If front or rear doors and side panels are required, fit them after selecting hinge orientation (left or right stop). Use the pre-punched openings in the roof or bottom for routing cables and for fitting fan units where additional ventilation is needed. Connect the earthing bar to the building grounding system to ensure safe operation.

Recommendations

For optimal airflow and safe load distribution, evenly distribute equipment weight across the rack units, leave clearance for cabling and ventilation, and ensure the rack is properly grounded. When planning side-by-side installations, use the baying set (Art.-No. PRO-ANR0X) or M6 screw set as appropriate.
