We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

The EFB Elektronik O0318.1 is a 1 m fibre optic cable with SC connectors on both ends and an OM4 multimode fibre with a 62.5 µm core diameter. Designed for structured cabling installations, this fibre jumper (patchcord) provides the shortest connection between a passive interface and an active device port and is suitable for data centre and networking environments where reliable high-speed transmission is required.
