The ACT Fiber panel FA2044 is a 1U rack-mounted unloaded fiber panel designed to organize and manage up to 24 fiber connections. Constructed from durable SPCC with a black finish and measuring 482.6 mm (W) × 43.6 mm (H) × 265.5 mm (D), it supports LC connector modules and accepts interchangeable blank plates to accommodate a variety of connector types.

Advantages

How to use

Mount the FA2044 panel in a standard 19-inch rack occupying 1U of height. Install the appropriate connector modules by replacing the blank plates with the desired LC, SC, ST or E2000 adapter plates. Route fiber cables through the chosen PG11 or PG13 cable entries, secure with suitable cable glands (not included), and organize fibers on the management spools. Place fiber splices into the supplied splice cassettes and close the extendable tray after completing connections to protect fibers and maintain orderly routing.

For reliable performance, use compatible adapter plates and proper cable glands for PG11 or PG13 entries, maintain bend radii within manufacturer limits, and secure fibers on the management spools to prevent strain on connectors and splices.
