Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Epson EB-L530U is a compact high-brightness laser projector designed for a range of professional display applications. It provides WUXGA Full HD resolution and 5,200 lumens of brightness to deliver clear, detailed images even in well-lit rooms. The projector supports 4K input, detail enhancement, edge blending and wide lens shift to accommodate demanding installation requirements and can produce screen sizes up to 500 inches without noticeable loss of clarity.

Advantages

The EB-L530U combines laser reliability with reduced power consumption, offering a cost-effective upgrade path from lamp-based projectors. It supports multiple connectivity options including HDMI and HDBaseT with 4K signal support, built-in 5 GHz wireless with enterprise-grade security, upgraded Miracast, an integrated media player and compatibility with Epson’s ELPWP10 wireless presentation system. These features enable multi-source display and wireless presenting in corporate, education and event environments.

Key specifications

  • Brightness: 5,200 lumens
  • Resolution: WUXGA (1920 x 1200) Full HD
  • Light source: Laser
  • 4K input support
  • Connectivity: HDMI, HDBaseT (4K support), 5 GHz wireless, Miracast
  • Built-in media player
  • Maximum display size: up to 500 inches
  • Features: detail enhancement, edge blending, wide lens shift

How to use

Install the EB-L530U following the projector’s installation guide, using the wide lens shift and edge blending functions to align the image in challenging setups. Connect source devices via HDMI or HDBaseT for reliable wired transmission, or use the built-in 5 GHz wireless, Miracast or Epson ELPWP10 for wireless presentations. Use the integrated media player to play supported files directly and apply detail enhancement when needed to improve perceived sharpness on large screens.

Recommendations

For best results in bright environments, select appropriate screen material and position the projector to minimize ambient light on the projection surface. Use HDBaseT for long cable runs and enterprise wireless settings for secure networked presentation. When creating very large displays, verify edge blending and detail enhancement settings to preserve image uniformity across the full screen.
