Before you believe a bad review about us

We would like to respond openly to every negative review about us. Many are posted anonymously, so we cannot reach those customers directly. This open letter is our reply, and we would be grateful if you took a moment to read it.

But here is what a one-star review will never tell you:

  • We import from 70+ official distributors. That is why you pay far less than local retail — and why delivery takes longer. We publish the date before you pay, never after.
  • You can pay only when your goods land in Johannesburg. Pay on Arrival, no full payment up front. Ask yourself what scammer offers that.
  • Nobody has ever lost money with us. You get the product, or you get a refund. There is no third option, and there never has been.
  • We are part of the ITwork group — ten years trading in Europe, nine stores, thousands of positive reviews.
  • Johannesburg and Cape Town stores open this year — real shelves, real stock, walk in and buy the same day.

We are not satisfied with our review scores, and we are not going to fix them by hiding anything. We are fixing them by being faster, clearer and easier to reach than any reason to complain.

Read the full letter — photos and video of real shipments, and a straight answer to every accusation.

Problem with an order right now? Write to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] — answered the same business day. The letter also lists our group and store owners' contacts.

The Epson EB-695Wi is an ultra-short-throw interactive projector delivering 3,500 lumens brightness and HD-ready WXGA resolution. Its short-throw design enables large images from very short distances while reducing shadows and glare. The projector supports finger-touch input plus dual interactive pens, and offers a 14,000:1 contrast ratio with HDMI input for clear, sharp images suitable for classrooms and meeting rooms.

Advantages

Epson 3LCD technology provides equally high White and Colour Light Output for vivid colours and bright images even in well-lit rooms, with colours up to three times brighter than many competitive projectors. The EB-695Wi supports split-screen display of two content sources without sacrificing image quality. It also features improved reliability with lamp life up to 10,000 hours in Eco mode and optional wireless connectivity through the iProjection app for easy content sharing from smart devices and Chromebooks.

Key specifications

  • Brightness: 3,500 lumens
  • Resolution: WXGA (HD-ready)
  • Contrast ratio: 14,000:1
  • Interactive input: finger-touch plus dual pen support
  • Display size: scalable up to 100 inches
  • Lamp life: up to 10,000 hours (Eco mode)
  • Connectivity: HDMI input; optional wireless via iProjection app

How to use

Position the EB-695Wi at the recommended ultra-short-throw distance from the projection surface to obtain a large, shadow-minimised image. Use finger-touch directly on the projected image for annotations or connect and use the dual interactive pens for simultaneous input by two users. Connect source devices via HDMI or use the iProjection app for wireless display from compatible smart devices and Google Chromebooks. Use split-screen mode to show two different content sources side by side.

Recommendations

For classroom or collaborative environments, place the projector on a low table or mount it close to the screen to maximise the benefits of the ultra-short-throw design. Use Eco mode to extend lamp life and enable wireless projection for quick device connectivity when multiple users need to share content.
